Coconut watermelon cocktail with only 2 ingredients is perfect for this weekend. One glass of it has only 130 kcal! Plus this non-alcoholic cocktail has no added sugar, it is vegan, paleo and absolutely guilt free. Perfect summery drink, because watermelon = summer, am I right?
This cocktail recipe has been on my mind for so long. I first tried watermelon cocktail, when I was out eating with my mom and I absolutely fell in love with it. Watermelon is so summery and freshing, and I have eaten more watermelon this summer then in my whole life. Don’t know why… 😀 Unfortunately, watermelon season is almost over in here, which means the watermelons are soggy, too sweet and not for me. I didn’t want to throw away the one I bought so I decided to make a cocktail out of it and it worked!
You can add some lime or lemon juice, maybe even some ice cubes, but with watermelon and coconut milk (light) it turns out great.
Non-alcoholic healthy and delicious Coconut Watermelon Cocktail is my favorite summer find this year. I am definitely making this drink again. Next time I try to add some mint and lime juice to give it a something extraordinary.

Non-alcoholic, healthy, vegan, 2 ingredients
- 750g watermelon
- 120ml coconut milk (light)
- In a blender, blend watermelon and coconut milk together until smooth. Enjoy! 😉
