Are you always looking for healthy dessert recipes ideas to bake for your family or guests?

Here are 5 healthy dessert recipes for you to make. All of them are sugar free, gluten free, and super easy to make.

My main focus besides the flavor is always that the recipe has to be easy to make and not with too many ingredients. Too complicated recipes are too overwhelming and those long ingredient lists. The minute I see these my head starts spinning. And I hope I am not the only one…

Of course, some classical dessert recipes are a must for me even when there are 20+ ingredients. 😀 But no worries, these 5 healthy dessert recipes are not the ones. Some of them are perfect snacks for you and your family and some of them are suitable for any celebratory occasion.

Here are 5 healthy dessert recipes

1. Homemade TWIX bars

Healthy dessert recipes - Homemade TWIX Bars

This Homemade Twix Bars recipe is one of the most popular recipes on my blog. TWIX has been one of my favorite store-bought chocolates since I was a child. So creating this sugar free homemade version of TWIX bar is something really special for me.

Crunchy bottom, smooth, and sweet caramel, coated with melted chocolate – three layers of absolute heaven. Although it might seem otherwise, actually this recipe does not require much effort.

I have made this recipe several times, and I am still not tired of it. These Homemade TWIX bars are not too sweet, and because they are sugar free you don’t have to worry about overloading with sugar even when you eat more than one.

You can make these Homemade TWIX bars a bigger batch. And keep them fresh for almost the whole week in an airtight container and in the fridge. But keep in mind, even when you make a smaller batch you have to keep the ones you don’t eat right away in the fridge. Otherwise, the chocolate will start melting and it is not going to look pretty.

But back to the recipe.

All you need for these TWIX bars:

  • Bitted dates
  • Maple Syrup
  • Coconut Oil
  • Peanut Butter
  • Banana
  • Oat Flour
  • Sugar Free Chocolate

You can find the full recipe from here, which is one of the 5 healthy dessert recipes for you to make.

Try it out, and let me know how they turned out!

My all-time favorite – Rhubarb Dream Bar. This cake is KETO, sugar free and gluten free. The whole cake only has 60g of carbs and 160g of fats, and it is suitable for diabetics.

This Sugar Free Keto Rhubarb Dream Bar was inspired by an icebox cake. It is fluffy, smooth, and melts in the mouth. You can definitely eat many pieces and not worry about overloading with sugar or carbs. If you want your cake to be more filling you can use some cream cheese with heavy cream. So the cake won’t be too airy. 😀

5. Sugar Free Peanut Butter cookies

Sugar Free Peanut Butter Cookies

As you can see one more recipe with peanut butter and cookies. This dessert definitely is one of the most popular and most wanted I think in all blogs. Name a person who doesn’t love peanut butter cookies.

Also, these sugar free peanut butter cookies are a healthy and delicious way to satisfy your sweet cravings. They come together just in one bowl with only 5 simple ingredients we usually have at home.

These cookies are super easy to make and it takes only 5 minutes to whip up the batter of these cookies, and you have to bake them only for 10 minutes. Keep in mind, that the cooking time is very important – bake them too short and you will have too soft cookies, bake them too long and you will have crackers that are hard to bite. 😀

Ovens are very different, so bake them until they are golden brown and still a little soft. These sugar free cookies firm up after you let them cool a little.

All you need for these cookies:

  • Peanut Butter
  • Honey
  • Olive oil
  • Oat flour
  • Sugar Free Chocolate
