Super easy and so delicious dessert bowl, which is a perfect way to start your day with something amazing. But what makes it even better? You can add whatever you like to this dessert.
Not a fan of bananas? No problem, you can fix that with berries. Or maybe you are lactose intolerant? No worries, you can replace greek yogurt with any lactose-free yogurt instead.
But you know, for the past 38 hours I have only drunk homemade chicken broth, so everything sounds amazing for me! And it is really hard to scroll down on my Instagram feed and see all these amazing food posts. Still, I have to remind myself that this is for my own health. Also, for my surprise, chicken broth really can keep you full! The problem is, when you can’t eat something, you want it even more, am I right?
For the next 30 days – no gluten, no wheat, no dairy, no sugar, no sweet fruits (only berries and lemon). So I hope you don’t mind seeing all these smoothie recipes mostly containing berries?! Oh, and if you want me to share more about my diet to heal my leaky gut, let me know!
Enjoy the recipe!
